There are tons of ways to rack up points! Check out the "Ways to Earn Points" section above for all the details.

Redeeming points is a breeze! Pick your reward in the "Choose Reward" dropdown at checkout or hit Redeem above in the "How To Use Your Points" section. A minimum of 100 points is needed to unlock discounts.

Yes, points expire one year from when you earn them. If you earned points on May 15 of last year, they would expire on May 15 of this year.

If you return an item or get a refund, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

Add your birthday under "Ways to Earn" up above on this page. On your big day, your birthday points will be automatically deposited in your account. We'll also email you a reminder so you don't miss it.

Unfortunately, no. Points are only awarded for purchases made after you've signed up for Griot's Rewards. However, all who sign up receive a first-time gift of 50 points!
